Istanbul · Shirt Production & Ready-to-Wear

From collar to cuff,
the same care.

The shirt is TOM CORS's core craft. Across men's, women's and children's collections — suits, jackets, outerwear, trousers, knitwear and nightwear — we produce to export quality, under your own label.

TOM CORS · About us

Less. Clear.
Distinct.

Unshowy, with a strong presence. TOM CORS reinterprets modern clothing for city life in a plain, honest language.

The shirt sits at the centre of our production. From the shape of the collar to the stitching of the cuff, from the handle of the cloth to the final press, we make every product with the same care. We carry our Istanbul production expertise from men's, women's and children's shirts to suits, jackets, outerwear, trousers, knitwear and our own nightwear line.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before we
begin.

The questions we hear most about working together. Send us anything else through the quote form.

Ask a question
  • Which product groups do you produce?

Our core craft is the shirt: men's, women's and children's. We also work on suits, jackets and blazers, outerwear, trousers, polos and knitwear, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, womenswear, childrenswear and our own nightwear line. You can browse the models of each group on the collections pages.

  • Which shirt types do you make?

From classic and premium business shirts to tuxedo shirts, oxford, linen, flannel and chambray, short-sleeve and camp-collar summer styles, and women's shirts and blouses. We define collar, cuff, placket, pocket and fit details together with your brand.

  • Which shirt details can I choose?

Fit (slim, regular, relaxed, women's), collar type, cuff, placket, pocket, back pleat, hem, fabric and colour. With the “Design your shirt” tool you can see your choices as a technical flat and add them to your quote list.

  • Do you match stripes and checks?

Yes. Pattern matching at the placket, pockets, collar and cuffs is planned at the cutting stage; we confirm your expectations together at sampling.

  • Do you produce under my own label (private label)?

Yes. We produce with your brand's labels, trims and packaging standard. We can start from your tech pack or from the models in our collections.

  • Are the images on the site real products?

Photographs of the suits, some jackets and knitwear, and the children's shirt jackets show real TOM CORS products. The other collection images are AI-generated campaign visuals that present our designs; every product is finalised for your brand at the sample stage.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum depends on the model, the fabric and the number of colours. Send us your product group and target quantities through the quote form and we will give you a clear answer.

  • How does sampling work?

Once the brief and tech pack are clear, a sample is made and reviewed together for measurements, fit and workmanship. The approved sample becomes the reference for production.

  • How do you plan lead times?

Lead time is planned according to model, quantity and fabric sourcing. After sample approval we share the production schedule and keep you informed throughout.

  • Do you source fabric and trims?

Either way works: we can source fabric and trims, or produce with materials you supply.

  • Can you produce colours outside the collection?

Yes. The colours shown are a selection; production can be planned from fabric swatch books or in the colours and patterns you specify.

  • Can I ask for a quote on several models at once?

Yes. Choose “Add to quote list” for every model and colour you are interested in; your list appears automatically in the quote form and reaches us in a single request.
