Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the personal data you submit through tomcors.com is processed by TOM CORS (Istanbul, Türkiye) as data controller, within the scope described below.

When you fill in the quote and contact form: your full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, the content of your request (product group, estimated quantity, model and message), the language of the form, and, for security purposes, the IP address and date of the request.

Reviewing and answering your quote and information requests,

Carrying out preliminary discussions towards establishing a business relationship with you,

Keeping the website and its form infrastructure secure and preventing misuse.

Your personal data is collected electronically through the form on the website and processed on the basis of Articles 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion of a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller) of the KVKK.

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It is stored only on the server infrastructure hosting the site and may be shared with authorised public authorities where required by law.

Data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or inaccurate; to ask for its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

We do not use advertising, tracking or profiling cookies. Your browser's session storage is used so that the intro animation is not shown again within the same session and so that the quote form remembers the product group you were looking at; this information is deleted when the browser is closed.

Models you add to your quote list are kept only in your own browser's local storage and are not sent to us; the list is sent with your request when you submit the quote form and is then removed from your browser. You can remove models from the list at any time.
