TOM CORS productView
Men's Shirts
From collar to cuff, every detail is a decision.
The heart of TOM CORS. From the classic business shirt to washed denim, prints and patterns to ceremony and evening shirts: a broad selection shown in real product photographs, plus a design series where collar, cuff, pocket and fit are chosen one by one.
Men's Shirts · 63 models
From collar to cuff, every detail is a decision.
What makes a good shirt is the decisions you do not see: the interlining in the collar, the proportion of the cuff, the way a button is sewn, a pattern running unbroken across the placket. Each model in the collection is a different combination of those decisions; even two models in the same cloth differ in collar, pocket and fit.
TOM CORS productViewProduct and campaign images are generated with AI to present TOM CORS designs. Fabric, colour, measurements and labels are finalised for your brand at the sample stage of every order. Models marked “TOM CORS product” are shown in real product photographs.

twelve decisions.
What makes a good shirt is often the detail you do not notice at first. Tap the numbers on the drawing to see what each part adds and what we look after in production.
01
Collar
The first impression of a shirt. It takes its shape from interlining and stitching; the symmetry and spread of the points define the collar type.

Atelier · The journey of a shirt
From the fabric roll
to the folded shirt.
A shirt takes shape over dozens of steps, from fabric inspection to pattern, from seam to buttonhole, from pressing to the final check. Each clip represents the step it describes.
- 01
Shirting
Handle, texture, width and colour consistency: every roll is checked before it goes into production.
- 02
Pattern & Cutting
Patterns graded to the size set; stripes and checks cut with the pattern direction in mind.
- 03
Sewing
The parts that carry a shirt's character — collar, cuff and placket — are sewn with the right thread and settings.
- 04
Buttonholes & Buttons
Buttonholes are cut to the button size; buttons are sewn one by one and checked for strength.
- 05
Pressing & Shape
In-process and final pressing give collar and cuff their shape; the shirt holds its line on a hanger or folded.
- 06
Final Check & Folding
Shirts that pass measurement and visual checks are folded and packed to your brand's standard.

Shirting Fabrics
